Together we have over 100 years of experience in business and 30+ years as caretakers and caregivers. We’ve worked at Fortune 100 companies, start-ups, and everything in between.

Visionary, Leader, Creator
As a Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Julie is devoted to the simple idea that commitment drives success. “I once had a colleague tell me not to bother unless I was committed to the work. It was not a compliment. And he was right.” She has spent the past decade working with companies that are passionate about helping people with mental health, serious and complex illnesses, senior care and addiction.
Her commitment to is based on the personal experience of caring for her mother, Rita. Prior, Julie spent over 25 years working at the intersection of technology and business models in insurance, healthcare and manufacturing. She has founded 4 companies, including Venture Forward, sold to Mainspring and then later sold to IBM where Julie held a number of global leadership positions in strategy, consulting, insurance and information security. Julie is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, a life-long learner, mother, sister, daughter and friend.
Voice, Messenger, Architect
As a Co-founder and Chief Marketing and Innovation Officer, Jen has a proven track record of successfully connecting consumers and businesses with dynamic brands. Through creative messaging, storytelling and experience building, she develops unique touch points to market products and services that improve people’s lives. Building out of the box disruptive brands and partnerships comes naturally because she is inspired by the companies she represents and by her colleagues, partners and customers who share her dreams.
She has a wide breadth of strategy, sales, creative and operational experience in healthcare, employee benefits, aging care communities and family media. But it’s her personal story that helped launch and scale OSMO's revolutionary caregiving services and financial products. Jen is a mother, sister, daughter and “fixer” for life, who intimately understands caregiving challenges—both as the mother of a special needs child and now in helping her elderly parents gracefully age in place.
Crusader, Builder, Connector
Jim has joined OSMO to put to work his experience as an enterprise software professional with 15+ years of managing engineering teams and delivering innovative, data-driven solutions. He’s well-versed in all phases of the software development lifecycle with a focus on Agile/Scrum development practices. He has a passion for delivering products and services from concept to market, improving business processes, operations, and profitability.
Jim began his career as a programmer developing risk analysis tools in the finance industry and transitioned into leadership managing large on/offshore development teams. More recently, he has been in the digital health arena creating care management solutions for complex conditions such as cancer, substance abuse, and intellectual/developmental disabilities. As Chief Technology Officer, Jim will focus his talents on perfecting comprehensive technology solutions that help people manage the complexities of caregiving for a loved one. Jim is a father, son, brother, and true inquisitor, who never tires of finding more innovative ways to improve caregiving outcomes for family caregivers.

As Chief Customer Officer of OSMO, Liz is passionate about creating the best and most authentic experience for people, especially through their difficult life moments. She builds service teams around empathy, efficiency, and collaboration, and her priorities focus on the customer experience, while empowering the care team to make critical decisions that positively impact outcomes.
Liz graduated from Gettysburg College with a degree in psychology. She spent 13 years at a private health advisory firm where she specialized in the customer experience, operational management, navigating the complexities of the healthcare system, and bringing innovative ideas to fruition. She excels at cultivating trusted relationships with clients, partners, hospital leaders and physicians. Liz is a mother, wife, daughter, sister, influencer, and compassionate leader who understands how to synthesize a client’s needs into tangible solutions.
Seeker, Analyzer, Planner
Ellie is committed to making a positive impact on everything she touches. She has several years’ experience leveraging sophisticated market and trend data that drives company innovation and supports sustainable growth. She tackles complex projects, client needs, and strategic initiatives from various angles, building strong consensus and collaboration among both colleagues and customers. Ellie is a doer, listener, and thinker‑ adjusting strategies to best optimize opportunity across constituents’ needs, goals, and requirements.
Ellie is Chief of Staff and Data Strategy. She joined OSMO because she is passionate about creating an effective solution to the growing caregiving conundrum—especially for working caregivers. She has personally witnessed the challenges of caregiving and the massive impact it can have on a family. Ellie is a graduate of Hobart and William Smith Colleges. She is a daughter, sister, friend, and forever learner.
Care Consultant, Director of Customer Experience
As Care Consultant and Director of Customer Experience, Rhonda is dedicated to guiding caregivers through the many challenges that present in late life. She has a deep base of knowledge on approaching care in a personalized manner and understands that there is a unique dynamic that occurs within each family, and with every care experience.
Rhonda is an Occupational Therapist, Gerontologist, and Dementia Care Practitioner. She brings extensive expertise as an educator, consultant, leader, manager, and clinician— serving older adults across the healthcare continuum. Rhonda has devoted her professional career to the advocacy and care of our senior population and strives to improve outcomes for every family she touches. She’s learned it first-hand, while sharing in the care of her mother with seven siblings…all with different perspectives, emotions, and levels of understanding. Rhonda is a mother, daughter, wife, sister, and caregiver extraordinaire, who has taken the pledge to champion the elderly needing a helping hand with intelligence, respect and empathy.
Concierge Care Manager
Laura is a Long Island, NY native who graduated from Stony Brook University with a Masters of Social Work. She is no stranger to providing expert high-touch support and complex navigational assistance to families caring for an aging loved one. She has extensive experience in healthcare, including positions in long-term care facilities, community-based care, Palliative, and Hospice Care, as well as a deep breath of knowledge in behavioral intervention.
In her key role as OSMO’s concierge Care Manager, Laura believes in leading with compassion, empathy, and a person-centered approach to advocacy and support. She strives to empower clients through understanding, education, and care team collaboration to smoothly navigate the sometimes confusing pathways of the caregiver experience. Laura joined OSMO because of her deep-rooted passion and commitment to helping bridge the gap in caregiver support and available resources for families. Laura is a daughter, sister, friend, and dedicated change-agent for family caregivers and those they care for.
